1. U.S. Copyright law says the person who shoots the footage legally owns that footage.

2. The footage we shoot is a representation of our brand, and anyone with access to the unedited footage could potentially misuse our brand footage by using or presenting our footage in an unprofessional way or illicitly as their own. For this reason we do not share raw footage unless we specify otherwise in writing as part of a package purchase. 

3. Unedited files will not be shared as part of our terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified contractually.
