Roy serves as the principal consultant for all Dispatch Tree projects, having over two decades of experience in people engagement through clever marketing and sales acumen.

He has helped large enterprises as well as small business owners to excel their initiatives across many departments - from sales and marketing to customer experience operations.
Armed with an Organizational Development degree from Texas State University coupled with certifications such as graphic design, website design, document design, Customer Experience , Google Ads and Hubspot CRM and Marketing Ops.

Roy seeks ways to effectively bridge the gap between his managerial roles held throughout his professional career ranging from that of a
newsroom writer until now holding down
senior positions in marketing & sales leadership.

Director of Partnerships

Krystle is a true people-person, and it shows with her impressive 15+ years of experience in the fields of retail, non-profit services, healthcare, childcare management and education.

Her extensive credentials include a Bachelor's degree from University of Texas at Austin coupled with an honors Master's degree from Texas State University; she also holds certification as a Principal for schools throughout the state.

With such vast expertise under Krystle’s belt (and living right here in Austin!), Dispatch Tree projects are sure to reach success incomparable to any other!

Marc Suarez
Director of Photography& Video Production

Marc serves as Director of Production operations in our creative visual projects and has over 15 years of multi-media communications experience creating and developing audio and visual campaigns. Marc began his career as a Producer/Videographer/Editor for Fox News, KXAN-Austin and KZTV-Corpus Christi, during that time Marc became a master with video and audio equipment to better capture impactful stories in the community.

Marc applies several film making techniques to all projects to deliver productions your brand can be proud of visually. Mark is an expert in a variety of editing software including Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Davinici Resolve, Vimeo and more. Marc is a technical expert who helps companies produce media strategy projects with immense value.

Arnulfo serves as Project Manager of all Dispatch Tree events, brand activations and pop-up demos. Arnulfo has over 15 years of experience in operations management, sales forecasting, financial planning, below the line marketing, point of sale marketing, with a specialty in creating and developing promotional sale campaigns for retail giants.

Arnulfo has a unique ability to simplify very complicated situations with tact while delivering outcomes with our customers in mind. Arnulfo began his career in retail working his way up the ranks to general manager with several big box retailers.

Arnulfo holds a Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas-San Antonio.
