Dispatch Tree Marketing was proud to provide complete event Wi-Fi production and technical network support for the Sweet Tooth Rodeo & Fashion Event, a dynamic collaboration between Bill Pickett Rodeo and Sp5der Worldwide. Hosted at the iconic Monumental Plaza Garibaldi in Houston, Texas, this high energy cultural celebration blended fashion, music, and rodeo heritage into one unforgettable experience, and our team ensured every digital connection stayed seamless throughout the production. 

Large outdoor venues like Monumental Plaza Garibaldi present unique connectivity challenges with open layouts, dense crowds, and multiple production teams competing for bandwidth. The Sweet Tooth Rodeo required:

• Reliable, multi-network coverage for over 1,500 guests, 50 vendors, and 30 production staff
• 3,000 feet of CAT5 cables, 1 layered security plan and traffic prioritization with 4 dedicated networks
• Real-time monitoring by 4 network technicians to maintain uptime during live show
• ​Quick 3 Day setup and teardown turnaround for the event
